Project Co Ordinator

Location: Hybrid – Occasional London-based working.

Full time

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Who are they?

Our client is a fast-scaling start-up at the forefront of biodiversity digitisation. An organisation with huge ambitions to enable climate action and act as a force for progressive and high-impact change in this space.

They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. As Project Manager you will be the linchpin that ensures the organisation runs with efficiency and precision, meeting critical milestones and deliverables.

What does the role involve?

• You will be central in connecting the dots between internal departments.
• streamlining processes to ensure seamless operations.
• Adding structure and methodology, enhancing workflows whilst simultaneously avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.

What we are looking for

• A structured and detail-oriented individual, capable of bringing order to chaos.
• A strong understanding of the commercial impacts on decisions and delays.
• Committed to delivering quality work whilst optimising processes for efficiency.
• Willing to get stuck in. This is a start-up so lateral support is required.
• Solution-oriented, not dwelling on problems without proposing potential solutions.

Technical nice to have’s

• Report writing for organisations like European Space Agency, Innovate UK, Horizon 2020 or similar.
• Understanding of risk methodologies like RAAMS
• Understanding of Jira, Xero and Bamboo HR.

Your Experience:

• Ideally, you’ll have experience in start-up environments.
• Have managed projects in the range of £500k-£2million over 6 months-2 years.
